Why doesn't my blog look like that?
You want to start a blog.
You’ve checked out a ton of awesome bloggers with gorgeous, perfectly set up sites, and seemingly endless legions of diehard fans.
Maybe you’ve tried to set up your own blog already.
But...it’s not looking quite right.
Stuff is just all over the place.
No one is signing up for your email list (do you even have an email list?)
Your design is...not so much.
You know you want to blog.
You know you want to put your awesomeness out there onto the Internet.
But your awesomeness is just not looking so awesome.
The thing is, even if you have killer content ideas (and I know you do!), if your blog isn’t rocking...people aren’t reading.
You've got a fabulous website full of devoted fans ready to listen to your every word.
You're a blogger.
You do not need to be a web designer to have that beautiful blog.
And you do not need to have an MBA to promote it.
You just need to know how.
You can have a beautiful website that people love.
You can grow your email list and have people listen to what you have to say.
You can get your words out there onto the internet and give people value based on what YOU know.
You can blog.
Go from beginner blogger to total boss.
That’s why I created Break Into Blogging: A step-by-step course that shows you how to create the professional blog of your dreams.
Break Into Blogging will take you step-by-step through all of it. The design, the promotion, the organization, the social media...all of it.
When I started blogging, all I wanted was someone to tell me what to do and how to do it. But I never found one guide. Instead, I Googled 100 different things and somehow compiled it all together into a highly questionable blog. There was some serious trial and error before I ever got it together.
I created BIB so that you don’t have to do the same. You’ve got it all in once place. You’ll know WHAT to do and HOW to do it.
You’ll walk out the other side with a killer blog so that your content gets out there and people get reading.
Here’s a little secret. Top bloggers don’t have super secret powers granted by the universe.
What they do have is know-how.
They know what tools to use and how to use them.
Break Into Blogging gets those tools in your hands and gives you the step-by-step guide to show you how to use them.

So who's the brains behind this operation?
Hi, I'm Becca. I'm here to help you become a better blogger. If you have a good idea for a blog, not knowing things like how to set up opt-in forms and what the heck a rich pin on Pinterest is should not be holding you back. I spent a long time figuring these things out on my own, and I came out the other side a better blogger. I can help you achieve the same result, but with a lot less time spent wandering helplessly around the Internet. Let's work together and make your blog great!
When I first started blogging I had no. clue. what I was doing.
I mean really, none. I didn’t even know enough to know that I didn’t know.
When I started, I thought of a name in 5 minutes (that I then changed less than a month later), drafted a post while sitting in a random coffee shop in Europe, and hit publish. My theme? Selected because it was free. My plugins? Non-existent because I didn’t even have the right version of Wordpress. My brand? Whatever I randomly clicked on...and clipart. My readers? Like...10, I think?
The “just randomly do stuff with no tools and no strategy” strategy did not work.
At some point I realized that I actually liked blogging. And I wanted to make this thing happen. And once I started to learn, I realized that not only did I like blogging, but I liked the business of blogging. The strategy. The tools. The successes.
But it took a long time. I had no master strategy. I took things as they came. I would randomly come across an article about blog graphics on Twitter. So then I would decide that I needed some blog graphics and would spend hours Googling things and trying to make random tools work for me.
The results? A subscriber here, a good article there. But nothing consistent. And nothing great.
At some point, I wised up. I realized that I couldn’t just do whatever arbitrary “blog thing” I happened to stumble upon that day. I needed tools, I needed to know how to use them, and I needed a strategy.
I started keeping a comprehensive list of everything that I needed to do to succeed, what tools I needed to do it, and how to make it happen. That list turned into a system and a strategy.
That’s how Break Into Blogging was born.
It did not happen overnight. I cannot tell you a story about how I implemented one particular thing and then saw 1000 subscribers overnight (although I did once get 554 in a week from an accidentally viral giveaway). But aside from the Accidental Giveaway of 2016, my subscribers went up slowly but surely as I developed my system and my strategy. And so did the rest of my blog.
So what’s up now? My blog and I are in a happy place. Is it perfect? Of course not. Do I still work on it? Pretty much every day. But it’s growing, it’s thriving, and I love it.
Break Into Blogging will teach you the system and the strategy that took me all that time to develop.
It will put it all in one place (no more late nights perfecting your Google Ninja Skills).
And most importantly, it will teach you to make your OWN system and your OWN strategy for your OWN blog.
Are you ready to break into blogging??
